Privacy Policy

Who this covers

KiraForge is a private, single-user software project. It has exactly one user: its owner. This policy describes how the application handles that owner's Google account data. No other person's data is accessed, collected, or processed.

What Google data the application accesses

With the owner's own consent, granted through Google's standard OAuth flow, the application accesses the owner's own:

How the data is used

The data is used only to provide the application's features to the owner: daily digests, reminders, scheduling help, and project assistance. It is not used for advertising, not used to build profiles, and not used for any purpose unrelated to serving the owner.

Where the data lives

The application runs on the owner's home server. Google account data and OAuth tokens are stored only on that server, under the owner's control. The application does not operate cloud servers of its own and does not transmit the owner's Google data to third-party services.

Sharing

The owner's Google data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

Limited Use

KiraForge's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

The owner can revoke the application's access at any time from his Google Account's security settings ("Third-party access"). Revoking access ends all API use immediately. Data stored on the home server is the owner's own and can be deleted by him at any time.
